Locks:
Oregon -14.5 @ Wyoming

The Oregon defense made Tanner Lee and the Nebraska offense uncomfortable last weekend and will do the same to Josh Allen. Allen has struggled against Power 5 schools in the past and that will continue. The Oregon offense looks like it has taken a huge step from 2016 with Justin Herbert. Last week Oregon also let off the brakes against Nebraska and will have learned their lesson going into Laramie.

Washington State -21.5 v. Oregon State

Oregon State let up 48 points to Minnesota in Corvallis and has let up 483.7 yards per game. Now the Beavers have to travel to Pullman with their two starting corners out with injuries and without starting safety Jalen Moore for the first half because of a suspension; not a good recipe when mixed with the Pirates's Air Raid Attack.

Love:
North Texas +22 @ Iowa

North Texas let up four touchdowns to Courtland Sutton last weekend, the good news is Iowa doesn't have a receiver of Courtland Suttons' caliber in its program. North Texas has held their first two opponents to 2.6 and 2.9 YPC respectively. Iowa will be by far the strongest rushing attack they will see with the two headed monster of Wadley and Butler, the Hawkeyes will win, but it won't be by 22.

Fresno State +33 @ Washington

The Bulldogs suffered a 41-10 defeat at Alabama last week. The good news is, while Washington is a good team, they are not Alabama. Jalen Hurts did a lot of damage with his legs that you won't see from Jake Browning. Jeff Tedford also served as a consultant for the Huskies last season. For these reasons I see Fresno keeping it closer than Vegas predicts.

Like:
Vanderbilt ML (+4) v. Kansas State

It's early on but Kyle Shurmur has boasted a 76.1 completion percentage and the top QBR in the nation, a big step up from his freshman and sophomore numbers. Sophomore Kalija Lipscomb is emerging into a serious big play threat for Vanderbilt, to go along with a solid running game. Vandy pulls this one out in Nashville.

Cal ML (+3.5) v. Ole Miss

The time change will be a huge advantage here for Cal, 9:30 PM start time can not be overstated on how it will factor in to Ole Miss's game preparation. This is also Ole Miss' first true test of the year, they will struggle on the road and the Golden Bears will be victorious.

Upset special:
SMU ML (+20) @ TCU

Coutland Sutton is the best receiver in the country and SMU can put up points. If they can get to Kenny Trill and force some turnovers they can flip the script on this game real fast. The over (65) is a good play here also.
